All About Me
Vanessa Mills is from Miami, FL and moved to LA to start her career and achieve her dreams. She started dance at eight years old after watching her friend’s dance recital. She was in awe of everything happening on the stage and knew that had to be her. After joining the same studio as her friend, she found a love and joy for dance. She learned many different styles including ballet, modern, jazz, tap, flamenco, pointe, and musical theatre. While in high school, she joined clubs for film making, student government, and color guard. Within these communities, Vanessa found ways to connect with people as well as engaging them through storytelling with movement.
In 2021, she got accepted into AMDA Los Angeles. She packed up her bags and moved to Hollywood to continue her training and learn more about the industry. She has created several dance concept films and music videos with her peers. She is always finding ways to capture movement on film and see how the audience interacts and relates. Graduating in 2025, she is prepared to step into the light and make her dreams happen. She hopes to work with choreographers and artists all around the world and make a living in the dance industry.
